Sipping this rum and pineapple fave is as fun as parade day on Bourbon Street. To make a Mardi Grass Kiss, combine 1 1/2 oz. rum, 1/2 oz. amaretto almond liqueur, 1 oz. simple syrup and 1 oz. pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a margarita glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with a lemon slice. Laissez les bons temps rouler – let the good times roll!
